Before the event takes place, we draw up a profile of each participating company and its products, including the demands to potential foreign partners. This profile will be translated into the national language distributed among the visitors of the table fair.

Every participating company sends product samples and product information to the venue. These will be presented on a table. Normally we book seminar rooms of great hotels for this event.
